Prevention for our Cells
essential for them to do their job.
You can choose to emphasize the importance of cellular health by adopting productive behaviors that not only speed the healing process but also reduce the erosion of mind and body aging. Or you can adopt poor health behaviors that encourage illness and injury and deal with the negative results later.
The first view is "preventive". The second view is "damage control". It is always easier to prevent a problem than to try to fix it after it has become a problem, especially when it has to do with quality of life and one's health.
Again , for common-sense approach to Cellular Health and Health in general, were here to assist.

Improvement Continued
We seen the Podiatrist today. Cheryl's toe , and Charcot Foot are just fine. We also are happy to report her blood pressure today was 125/73, this after working all night. We have succeeded in eliminating her need for blood pressure medication. This primarily because of her diet change, and supplementation. We will however, monitor everyday, but one med eliminated.
Were now more aggressively dealing with her Diabetic condition. Were utilizing supplementation, and a few trace minerals good for Blood Sugar control. We believe we will be successful, primarily because none of her blood sugar control system seems to be broken. Stay tuned, good news to continue Bob & Cheryl

Some Success To Report
We are happy to report, we have successfully succeeded in eliminating Cheryl's dependence on the Blood Pressure pill she was prescribed. We have been very closely monitoring this. Last week she had a reading of 117/68. It's consistently in the 115-120/70-80 range all the time. Therefore, we will continue to monitor each day. Folk's, the body in most cases will respond. Prescription meds simply do not address the root cause of the medical conditions.

Diagnostic Information
We went to the Doctor for follow up, and to obtain results of the Laboratory tests. Overall, we have to be encouraged with results.
Cheryl's Glucose fasting was 135, still high but more important, was her A1C. it was down to 6.4 Still a bit high, but all a direct result of her Diet change. Her HDL up 5 pts to 32.7 TriGlycerites down 62 pts also. Blood Pressure 135/82 at the dortors office, which we knew. Overall cholesterol was 245. A bit high, and also up a little bit from last time. Her insulin down to 8 units/day, also down.
In summary, we are now going to implement , exclusively, more good protein into the diet, only good quality oils, eliminating all junk oils, and a good quality liquid Nutraceutical for all mineral and vitamin supplementation. As always, eliminating all white flour, white cane sugars, and all corn syrups. and watching carbohydrate intake, which is most difficult task. Folk's we simply do not need the amount of carbohydrates we consume. The amount of carbohydrates we require are easily found in the fruit and vegetables, the complex carbohydrates.
More on this later, bye for now. Bob & Cheryl.
Our goal, completely, eliminating blood pressure pill, and her dependency on the insulin shot. Don't worry, we will be monitoring every day, and will post results every several days.
